Wisdom and Intuition

“My messages will come in a hundred forms, at a thousand moments, across a million years. You cannot miss them if you truly listen. You cannot ignore them once truly heard.”

— DONALD NEALE WALSH CONVERSATIONS WITH GOD, AN UNCOMMON DIALOGUE - BOOK 1

Wisdom and intuition

Wisdom and Intuition

"Growing up, I was always confused by the Holy Spirit. While receiving my first holy communion classes as a young Catholic girl, being told that I just needed to believe and not question the Holy Trinity didn't feel right to me. As a matter of fact, this is a big reason our families stopped going to Catholic church and started going to Unity. I believe that it is important for us to ask questions and not just shut up and go along with what we are being told in any situation.

Has someone ever said something to you that resonated with you so deeply that all you could say is... “I feel you”? Our intuition is our wisdom that goes beyond words and can be best defined by our feelings. As my mentor and business partner often says, "We are our own cup of God" and the poet Rumi emphasizes that "You are not a drop in the ocean; you are the entire ocean in a drop.”

As I've gotten older and dived deeper into my spirituality and relationship with God, I have come to believe that the Holy Spirit is God's presence in and through us. For me, tapping into my intuition means being still and quiet and connecting to the God and wisdom within us.

QUESTION FOR REFLECTION

"How do you tap into your intuition?"
